Visitors' Hostel - Accommodation Tariff 

Visitors' Hostel (Other Facilities Tariff) - Conference/Boardroom/Auditorium

Note: The booking for Auditorium Lawn will be confirmed only 3 days before the event. However, in emergent institute level events, the booking can be cancelled or shifted to Community Centre as per the availability. No other facilities like buffet table, round table, frills, table cover, utensils and dustbin etc. will be provided by the Visitors’ Hostel. 

Community Centre - Accommodation Tariff

Community Centre (Other Facilities Tariff) - Halls/Lawn

Note: Community Centre Hall-1, Hall-2, Open Area, Kitchen Area and Lawn Canopy will be booked only up to a maximum of 3 days for Employee/Student/External/any community event.

Guest Category

1. External Guest Category – The visitors on personal and professional works including IISERB student alumni and their relatives recommended by the Institute, subject to availability and approval of the Competent Authority.

2. Internal Guest Category- Blood relatives/immediate family members of faculty/staff/student and their spouse, with valid identity document. 

▪ Only Bonafide students of the Institute may request for accommodation in the CC for their parents only subject to rules and regulations in vogue. 

▪ Friends/other relatives including siblings of students are not allowed, without parents. 

▪ The parents of students are allowed to stay for a day in normal circumstances. However, subject to availability and valid reason DoSA may recommend upto a maximum of 3 days only, in normal circumstances. Extension beyond 3 days stay will be subject to the approval of the higher authority/Director. 

*Institute Guest - Institute guest as Members of BoG, FC, Senate, BWC, etc., or dignitaries invited by Director/Registrar/Deans/Head of the Academic Departments on special invitation for Institute related official meetings, to be approved by the Director only. The value of booking shall be transferred from Institute A/c on external basis
